Linoleic acid

Linoleic acid (LA) is an omega-6 fatty acid. Linoelic acid is metabolized into arachidonic acid, a potent pro-inflammatory molecule. The primary source of LA is vegetable oil, including, corn, peanut, sunflower, safflower, and olive oil. [1]
